  • Pasta special — Chef’s choice
  • Agnolotti alla panna — Homemade ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta cheese in a light cream sauce
  • Cernia arlecchino — Sautéed filet of grouper with julienne of vegetables topped with baby shrimp, chives in a white wine-lemon sauce
  • Vitello tonnato — Poached veal sliced thin covered with a chilled tuna caper sauce
  • Petto di pollo ai pomodori secchi e carciofi — Sautéed chicken breast with sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes in a brandy cream sauce
  • Agnello brasato con polenta — Braised lamb shank served over soft polenta

  • Tiramisu — Lady fingers soaked in espresso and Marsala wine layer with mascarpone cheese and shaved chocolate
  • Strawberry grand marnier cake — Homemade sponge cake soaked in Grand Marnier and layered with fresh strawberries
  • Vanilla panacotta —The perfect Italian eggless flan flavored with vanilla
