  • Roasted sweet potato soup — With country ham
  • Manakintowne mixed greens — With bleu cheese, roasted pumpkin seeds, beets, radish, and roasted shallot vinaigrette
  • Fried green tomatoes — With pimento cheese and peppadew aioli
  • Fried oysters — With tasso ham remoulade and pickled celery root

Course two

Choose one

  • Julep’s shrimp and grits — With Wade’s mill white cheddar grits, with smoked andouille sausage, onions, peppers, tomato and spinach in a shrimp broth
  • Pan seared virginia flounder — With sweet potatoes, swiss chard, and bacon with corn gravy
  • Pimento macaroni and cheese — With grilled sweet onions, spinach and broccolini
  • Grilled flat iron steak — Served mid-rare, celery root mashed potatoes, broccolini, with black garlic jus, and a sherry vinaigrette
  • Apple cider braised pork cheeks — Smoked butternut squash purée, swiss chard, and mushrooms with a whole grain mustard sauce

Choose one

  • Blood orange sorbet — With toasted almonds and nelson county honey
  • Pumpkin bread pudding — With spiced anglaise
  • Goat cheese cake — With pecan-almond streusel and roasted apples
  • Chocolate-hazelnut torte — With espresso mousse and chocolate-port wine sauce
