The monthly Wine Down Wednesday event at The Wine Loft in Short Pump is gearing up for another great social gathering on October 5, 2011 from 6:30 p.m – 9:00 p.m.. DowntownShortPump.com and Richmondmom.com are planning another great event with discounted wines, free food, and door prizes.
Your $5 at the door benefits the KLM Scholarship Foundation which supports students attending Virginia colleges and universities. Their goal is to make education affordable and now you can help. You receive one raffle ticket with your $5 entry fee, and you can purchase additional raffle tickets for $1, increasing your chances of winning some cool prizes like oil changes from Midas of Richmond, Richmond Rocks books by author Kate Hall, or other items.
The Wine Loft is centrally located in Short Pump making it easily accessible and parking is free. It’s a good place to relax, unwind, have fun, and support a great non-profit organization each month.
Men and women are invited. If you’d like to donate a raffle prize, that’s great too. Just contact kate@richmondmom.com and let her know.
