Join ‘Go Bike!’ for a bike tour of Scott’s Addition Wednesday evening

The 45 minute tour departs from the Bon Secours Washington training facility at 5:30 PM.

From Go Bike!:

Led by our Tour Host, Richmond Rides,* see several Go Bike! bike racks on a 45 minute bike tour through scenic Scott’s Addition. We’ll start our ride at the Bon Secours Redskins Training Facility, visit some of the bike racks in Scott’s Addition including a refreshing stop for a complimentary popsicle at King of Pops along the way. We’ll end the tour at En Su Boca with a cool-down libation or after-tour chow down, whichever you choose!

Thirty original works of art created by local artists are being installed on new bike racks throughout the city in time for the 2015 World Cycling Championships. The bike racks have also been welded locally by the City of Richmond’s Center for Workforce Innovation welding project at Strickland Machinery. In Scott’s Addition, you’ll see several bike racks including those sponsored by The Frontier Project and The Preserve at Scott’s Addition.
