Barcelona artist Joan Tarragó will be at BIG SECRET this week during their first laser residency. Stop by the shop on Thursday, March 20th at 7:00 PM for a pop-up shop and exhibition.
BIG SECRET is excited to host Barcelona artist Joan Tarragó during his 2014 east coast tour of the USA! Joan will be collaborating with us for a week during our first-ever laser residency – join us for a celebratory exhibition and pop-up shop on Thursday, March 20th at 7pm.
Joan Tarragó is an illustrator and art director on an interdisciplinary journey between illustration and graphic design. Working in two and three dimensions, he creates a fantastical world of animals, characters, and holy scenarios filled with symbolism, curious lines and textures. His intimate work has been shown throughout Athens, Berlin, Paris and Biarritz and he currently shares his time between Barcelona, New York and Miami.
Sharing his world via his studio, taking part in art festivals, preparing new exhibitions and collaborating with brands and non-corporate organizations, Joan has spent ten years enjoying what he loves the most: drawing, drawing, drawing, working hard and being nice to people.
His 2014 US east coast tour will include visits to New York, NY, Richmond, VA, and Miami, FL.
