The TrueMajority.org “IranMobile”, a Dr. Strangelovian thermonuclear missile/bomb that rises for launch 20 feet in the air with George W. Bush astride, is coming to Richmond, Va., as part of the NotAnotherWar.org campaign to galvanize opposition to impending war on Iran.
Where: Corner of Davis and Monument Avenue
When: Sunday, March 23, 1 p.m.-5 p.m.
The campaign is collecting petition signatures directed at Virginia’s senior Senator John Warner urging his support for Senate Resolution 365 that would require explicit Congressional approval for war on Iran. Local activists will present the petitions to Senator Warner’s office in Norfolk on Tuesday, March 25.
