If you’re taking off for the holidays let the RPD keep an eye on your stuff left behind

There are some grinches out there ready to ruin your holiday.

Personally I think traveling during the holidays is an unholy torture, even going to the grocery store is too painful to bear. What would be even worse than traveling during the holidays is traveling and coming home to a ransacked and empty house.

The odds of the latter scenario can be reduced by filling out this Home/Business Watch Form.

Once you drop it off or mail into to your local precinct (found here) the police promise do to periodic drive-bys of your location and see if everything is on the up and up. This can’t prevent every crime, but it can certainly help.
