Identity Of Pedestrian Released

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – The Chesterfield County Police Department has released the identity of the pedestrian who was killed when he was struck by a vehicle in the 8700 block of Midlothian Turnpike at 10:40 p.m. on March 10. William R. Evans, 68, of no permanent address, was walking in the road at the time of the crash.
