There was some initial confusion about the house going for $3.9 million on Cary St. even still being on the market. It is. :) So, we’re reposting our original post.

I can’t recall if it’s directly libbie, but it is slightly east of Three Chopt. It’s the only property there that has a LOT of land, and a large gated fence. There are willows surrounding the property though. The house on the west of it is a 2 story brick with the front covered with bushes/trees (so you can barely see the property), and the eastern neighbor is a white chateau style with circle driveway.

Sure hate to see the property taxes on that monster!
