[The] home invasion was reported at 2 a.m. in the 2300 block of Phaup Street in the East End, where a woman told investigators that three black men armed with handguns forced their way into her home, took her purse and fled.
The woman was not harmed.
She described the suspects as a male wearing a gray, snap-cap hat and jean jacket and clean-shaven except for a moustache; a black male with an afro and wearing a black beanie with “804” on it and a black shirt; and a male wearing a black long-sleeved shirt.
