Basically as I parked the other week I saw a car up on a curb…upon further inspection an obvious, recent, hit and run. I know the license plate (left at the scene) traced back to somewhere on Vine. I overheard richmond police talking. When I showed up there was shit leaking everywhere. .so I knew it had to be recent. Probably some drunk vcu kid that didn’t realise he was no longer on the road..don’t know how his car was operational.
