Hilbert hits brakes on proposed roundabout
The Times-Dispatch reports that 3rd District Councilmember Chris Hilbert has asked City Council to block construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Hermitage Road and Laburnum Avenue. The Richmond Planning Commission approved the proposal earlier this month. Council has scheduled a public hearing on the issue for September 8.
