Third District Councilman Chris Hilbert invites residents to his last district meeting of 2008 this Tuesday, December 16, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Special guests at this holiday meet-and-greet will be members of the city’s police and fire safety teams, as well as representatives of the Commonwealth’s Attorney Office. Light refreshments will be served. As always, the meeting will be held at the Richmond Police Training Academy at 1202 West Graham Road.
