As the Highland Park roundabout project moves forward, some roads will be closed from November 24 through December 24:
Beginning November 24, crews will shut down all roads that feed into the roundabout to perform extensive work to the roundabout. Trigg Street, Rowen Street, 1st Avenue, 3rd Avenue and Matthews Street will be affected by this closure. During this time, motorists will be detoured around the construction area.
