Henrico Police searching for missing West End woman

19-year-old Fatoumata Coulibaly was last seen around 7:00 PM Monday evening.

Henrico Police just released the following statement:

Ms. Fatoumata Coulibaly has been located and she is safe. Shortly after 1:00 PM, today, Wednesday, July 9, 2014, Henrico Police Detectives were contacted by Detectives with Newark, New Jersey Police. They advised Ms. Coulibaly came to their police station, wanting to verify she was safe, knowing that she had been reported missing in Henrico County, Virginia. Our investigation revealed she voluntarily left her residence.

Henrico Police are now calling Coulibalys’s disappearance suspicious in nature. Officers visited the woman’s house yesterday evening and found doors unlocked.

Henrico Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing West End woman.

19-year-old Fatoumata Coulibaly, who police say goes by the nickname of Diamond, went missing from the 8300 block of Loveridge Court, off Shrader Road, Monday evening. Coulibaly is described as African American, 5’3”, 152 pounds, with black hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a brown shirt and skirt. Relatives last spoke with her Monday evening around 7:15 PM.

Anyone who may have information regarding the whereabouts of Coulibaly is asked to call Henrico Police at 804.501.5000.
