August 27th is “Black Cow” night at the Ginter Park Library from 6:00 until 7:00pm. Inspired by snow-capped Cow Mountain, Frank Wisner created a drink and named it “Black Cow Mountain” in 1893. Today a “Black Cow” is known as a root beer float. Join the library staff at this special event.
