Greyhound Centennial Tour pulls into Short Pump Town Center

Bus company highlights 100 years of history with 40-city ‘Mobile Museum.’

In celebration of 100 years in business, Greyhound is embarking on a nearly 40-city Centennial Tour, which includes a stop at Short Pump Town Center tomorrow, June 28th from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Though in a suburban location away from any of the company’s bus stations, history buffs will appreciate the breadth of transportation history offered as part of the traveling exhibit, which the company calls its ‘Mobile Museum.’

The tour highlights the company’s transformation throughout the years, with classic coaches from as early as 1914 available for touring as well as a mobile museum that walks guests through Greyhound’s past century of history.

Greyhound will also show off its new fleet on site, which includes modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi, power outlets and more.
