A reader reported finding “a declawed, neutered, grey male cat in the Ginter Park area.” The cat has been taken to the Richmond animal shelter on Chamberlayne Avenue. The cat is small, about three years old, and is wearing a flea collar. The animal shelter is currently treating the cat for malnutrition, and the reader donated funds to cover treatment costs.
