A recent classified posting for a Trustee’s Sale of 1300 Westwood Avenue, 1311 Palmyra Avenue and 1325 Palmyra Avenue notes that the properties will be offered for sale at a public auction “at the Clay Street entrance of the Richmond Circuit Court Building 400 North 9th Street Richmond VA at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 23, 2009.”
The Easterling-Zacharias Health Institute is located in the property at 1311 Palmyra Avenue, and The Faison School for Autism still apparently holds the lease for the property at 1325 Palmyra Avenue. This property does not include the new condominiums at the old Richmond Memorial Hospital.
