Found Shih Tzu (dog)
I found a Shih Tzu dog in Westover Hills 8/13. She is white with a black head, app. 12-15 pounds. Extremely sweet and well trained. Looks just like Lily Munster. I’m trying to find her owner, as she definitely belongs to somebody. Call 804-357-4336 with proof of ownership/photos/vet records. Thanks!
