Is the arctic region of Mars able to support life? What is the history of the water in arctic area of Mars?

Scientists are getting ready to find out when the Phoenix Mars Lander sets down on the red planet. Discover this latest Mars exploration at the Science Museum of Virginia’s interactive planetarium show LiveSky on Fri., Apr. 18, at 6 p.m.

Science Museum Astronomy Educator Leslie Bochenski will answer questions about Mars using the Science Museum ’s planetarium projector. Admission to LiveSky is free.

Join Richmond Astronomical Society members as they share their telescopes on the Science Museum front lawn for Sky Watch at 8 p.m. Sky Watch is free and held weather permitting.
