DSW opening new store at Willow Lawn

The outdoor mall continues to grow and thrive.

Willow Lawn is getting ready to add a DSW shop — also known as Designer Shoe Warehouse.

Construction of the store could start as soon as this week, according to Henrico County Planning Department officials. The shopping center is at West Broad Street and Willow Lawn Drive, just west of the Richmond city limits.

Deirdre Johnson, vice president of asset management for mall owner Federal Realty Investment Trust, said Friday that the company is “excited to announce an expansion at Willow Lawn with the construction of a new 15,000-square-foot DSW store adjacent to Five Guys.”
