Venture Richmond has announced their second annual Downtown Loft Tour featuring 15 lofts and condos in Shockoe Slip, Shockoe Bottom, Jackson Ward, Manchester, Rocketts Landing, and along the Riverfront/ Canal Walk. The loft tour will be March 28 from 10AM – 5PM. Advance tickets are $20 which includes parking and transportation.

• Sterling Row, 110 N. 19th St.
• Shockoe Valley Lofts, 215 N. 19th St.
• Cedar Works Condominiums, 251 Rocketts Way
• The Decatur, 39 E. Third St.
• Gotham, 1205 E. Main St.
• Vistas on the James, 301 Virginia St.
• Riverside on the James, 1101 Haxall Point

 

Tickets are available online and also at La Difference, Waller & Co. Jewelers, J.
Emerson Inc., Papeterie, Wine and Beer Westpark, and The Boathouse at Sunday Park.
