His name is George. He has a tag, the address is in the fan on Grove Ave, and the owner’s name is Stephen but there is no phone number on the tag. He wandered up to my house which is a decent way from the fan district so my guess is he got away from someone visiting the area. I’ve tried percursory google searches, 411, ect but none of it has been helpful. I may have to end up driving to the the residence but I can’t leave him alone or load him in a car at the moment.
