The driver of the vehicle was uninjured in the crash, which left the car submerged in water.

From NBC12:

Henrico authorities credited a citizen with helping the driver of a car that plunged into a pond near Innsbrook back on dry land.

Henrico County fire units responded to the scene of the accident around 12:20 p.m. Wednesday in the intersection of Dominion Boulevard and Innslake drive, where they found a small car had run off the road and into the pond near the intersection.

The driver involved in the crash–which occurred in the heart of the Innsbrook Corporate Center–was miraculously uninjured and didn’t require transportation to the hospital.
