Richmond City Council 3rd District Representative Hilbert will host his monthly meeting in the Northside 3rd District of Richmond to share his goals and accomplishments on behalf of the district. All Northside 3rd District Constituents are invited and encouraged to attend. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 25, from 6-8PM, at Richmond Police Department Training Academy (1202 W. Graham Road, room 245).
