The Harding Area Neighborhood Association and the Community Independent Action Coalition is sponsoring a community forum entitled “Supplemental Educational Services (SES), What is it and what does it do?” Jan. 17 at Tabernacle Baptist Church Community Life Center, beginning at 6:30pm.
