The City of Richmond will hold another “Survivor Day” event on Saturday, April 26, to help city residents better understand how to be prepared for and deal with disasters. The four-hour training session will be held at the Landmark Theatre from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm and participants will receive a survival kit for completing the course.
The session will cover fire safety, first aid, terrorism and weather-related disasters. You can pre-register at the city’s “Survivor Day” webpage or by calling 646-7000; you must register to attend.
