The city has put out an RFP for “Libby Hill Park Slope Repairs” (PDF), a projected expected to cost between $500,000 and $1,000,000. From the RFP:

Project consists of but is not limited to providing the repair of the slope with back drain and geosynthetic material and geogrid reinforcement on Libby Hill Park at the corner of Main Street and Williamsburg Road. These repairs will enhance the aesthetics, safety, and pedestrian use of the park by way of the steps in this portion of the park. This will include the repair of the concrete steps and the installation of handrails.
