Ord. No. 2008-274 (Patron: Ms. Robertson, By Request) – To conditionally rezone *** 101 and 115 West Commerce Road and 701 Bainbridge Street from the M-2 Heavy Industrial District to the B-6 Mixed-Use Business District ***.

Ord. No. 2008-275 (Patron: Ms. Robertson, By Request) – To conditionally rezone *** 901 McDonough Street from the RO-2 Residential-Office District to the B-6 Mixed-Use Business District ***.

Ord. No. 2008-283 (Patron: Mayor Wilder) – To *** accept *** $48,000 from the Virginia Department of Transportation and to appropriate the increase to the *** Department of Public Works’ Brown’s Island Enhancement Project *** for the purpose of replacing the walkway throughout Brown’s Island.
