Davis feels that Chris Hilbert, who currently represents the 3rd district, has not adequately represented residents on the following issues:
– Crime and drugs in the Providence Park area
– Hilbert’s representation following the Battery Park flood
– Cooperation between City Council and the mayor�s administration
– Adding community centers for the youth
– Attention to Bryan Park
