Children’s Museum of Richmond reopens at Short Pump Town Center

The West End branch of the museum moved from West Broad Village to the mall.

From Richmond.com:

Crews were hard at work Wednesday preparing for Saturday’s grand opening of the Children’s Museum of Richmond’s satellite location at Short Pump Town Center.

The branch at the mall in western Henrico County opens at 10 a.m. Saturday, with prize giveaways and other activities lasting until 4 p.m. The museum will stay open until 7.

The facility is on the lower level, below what used to be the food court, which is now being converted into an L.L. Bean store. The museum will be open daily throughout the year from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
