The Petersburg Bureau of Police in partnership with the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) Central Virginia Chapter is collecting used cell phones in conjunction with Verizon Wireless HopeLine Program. This program collects no-longer-used wireless phones and equipment in any condition from any service provider. These cell phones and airtime will be donated to victims of domestic violence. A collection box has been placed in the lobby of Police Headquarters for you to drop off your used cell phone, charger, manual, etc. or you may contact Officer Sherrie L.
