From a Richmond Biz Sense report, plans for development of four condo units at 5805 Grove Avenue will go before the Richmond planning commission on March 17 seeking a special-use permit, with City Council review to follow March 24.
The building was formerly home to Chadwick Antiques. The plan is for the first floor to remain retail; the condos would occupy the second floor and proposed third floor addition. Prices for the units will begin over $1 million.
