Chadwick building to get third story
The Grove Avenue building is getting a wee bit taller.
Richmond Times-Dispatch reports that four luxury condos will be added to The Chadwick. Each condo will range from 2,400 – 3,600-square-feet and will be priced from $1.05 million.

A special-use permit was issued by Richmond to the owners of the building at 5805 Grove Ave., allowing for a third floor, co-owner Gibbs Moody said Wednesday.
The plan also received approval from nearby residents and retailers.
With most surrounding buildings one story and a few two stories, The Chadwick on Grove will be among the tallest buildings in the vicinity.
The condos should be constructed and occupied in a year’s time.
