  • Pork tacos (3) — With slow cooked pork, pickled cabbage, pineapple and red bean salsa, and aji amarillo
  • Grilled vegetable and goat cheese enchiladas — With corn tortilla, squash, zucchini, eggplant and sweet onions topped with salsa rojo, salsa verde and chihuahua cheese
  • Annatto spiced rainbow trout — With slow cooked brisket, sauteed sweet peppers and onions, chipotle mojo

  • Alfajores — Lemon short bread cookie with dulce de leche pistachio gelato and macerated raspberries
  • Tres leches cake — Coconut milk cake with whipped strawberry topping, coconut anglaise,
    and crushed almonds
