  • Slow roasted pork — Wrapped in banana leaves with chipotle and cilantro mojos
  • Chicken tacos (3) — Braised chicken, corn salsa, cilantro mojo, queso fresco, warm flour tortillas
  • Grilled vegetable and goat cheese enchiladas — Corn tortilla, squash, zucchini, eggplant and sweet onions topped with salsa rojo, salsa verde and chihuahua cheese

  • Mexican chocolate mousse — Infused with vanilla, cayenne, and cinnamon fresh berries, cinnamon whipped cream, pumpkin seed brittle
  • Cinnamon gelato — With Mexican wedding cookie crumble with pecans
