The Family Dollar lot at Westover Hills Blvd/49th St & Clarence St saw an overturned vehicle this morning. The T-D has a small photo on its front page. People fly through that lot regularly, especially to use it as a cut-through to avoid the Forest Hill/Westover Hills light. I’m surprised this doesn’t happen more often…
