‘Byrd and a Beer’ movie series continues with Fight Club, Breakfast Club, and Pulp Fiction

Go ahead. Break the rules and talk all you want about Fight Club. But just this once.

Forget the First and Second rules of Fight Club. This time, you can talk about Fight Club. It’s encouraged, in fact.

After an early sellout series debut, The Byrd Theatre Foundation is back with another installment of they ‘Byrd and a Beer’ midnight features. And this month’s movie is… you guessed it–Fight Club.

On Friday, March 20th, moviegoers age 21 and up will enjoy this cult classic film while sipping on Center Of The Universe beers in The Byrd Theatre.

The series continues in April and May with showings of Pulp Fiction (April 24th) and Breakfast Club (May 15th).

Both of these movies were chosen based upon astounding response to fan voting online. Tickets for both performances are on sale now.

Proceeds from ticket and beer sales will benefit the Byrd Theatre Foundation and their ‘Journey to the Seats’ restoration campaign.

Tickets are $5 and available for pre-purchase online. The last Byrd and a Beer feature sold out, so attendees are strongly encouraged to pre-buy their tickets online. A limited number of tickets will be sold at the box office before the show.

The box office will open at 11:30 PM, and the movie starts at midnight. All ticket, beer and concession sales are cash only (there is an ATM located in the theatre lobby).

Purchased beverages may be carried into the theatre, meaning you no longer have to try and sneak them in.
