The Valentine Richmond History Center (VRHC) recently launched a Kickstarter campaign and is asking for your help. Your donation to the campaign will help bring a piece of NASCAR history to the museum.

Winston Cup Champion Rusty Wallace bent the fender of his #2 car at the Richmond International Raceway. The VRHC would like to include this signed fender in their upcoming exhibition, “This is Richmond, Virginia.” This project will only be funded if at least$1,000 is pledged by Sunday, May 11, 2014 before 12:26 PM EDT.

Help the Valentine Richmond History Center continue to collect, preserve, and interpret Richmond’s history.
