Brandon Fox visits Bistro.104 for Style Weekly and sees some good and more potential in the little restaurant:
With one foot in the door of culinary adulthood and another stuck in adolescence, the loud music and decent sandwiches kind of make sense. It’s not for everyone, however, but with just a few little changes (like reliable menu items and less clichéd dinner options), the lure of good food might win over those initially a bit put off the atmosphere of dude camaraderie. Clearly, there are higher goals at work here, and with any luck the boys of Bistro.104 will find their way toward a restaurant that satisfies all the people in Richmond, other than just the guys who are a lot like them.
