Better Block Richmond classes offered in June

Interested volunteers can currently sign-up for classes.

Team Better Block is revamping two blocks of North 25th Street in Church Hill North for a weekend in June, and you can learn how to take part with a series of classes they’ll be offering.

We’ve reported on Team Better block several times as their plans have unfolded in Church Hill North over the past few months.

You can sign up for volunteer classes here. Offerings include “How to Build a Pop-Up Shop,” “How to Build a Parklet,” and more. However, there will be some overlap of classes, so choose carefully.

The classes run from June 11 through the 12. The actual Better Block takes place June 13 and 14.
