Holly Bandy received her formal retirement papers from the Department of the Air Force in recognition and appreciation of her service to the country. Lt Col Bandy accepted her commission in 1987 and served on active duty for 8 years. She finished the last 14 years of service as a reservist at Langley AFB. During her service she was awarded the Air Force Achievement and Air Force Commendation medals.

“It is an honor to have served my country for 22 years. I cherish my time and experiences in the Air Force. There is no other organization in the world with its capabilities and responsibilities. I look forward to changing direction and now working hard to help our business to continue to grow and serve our customers” states Bandy.

Bandy will move into a new career in the family business as Chief Administrative Officer. Her role is to oversee the operations at the local headquarters as well as assist with the management of the Indian operations in Bangalore. “With our current growth, we need Holly’s organizational skills to keep the expansion on track. Having someone with extensive experience leading large teams in an international environment is essential to our success’’ according to partner Tom Bandy.
