  • Tempura battered coconut shrimp — Served with a sweet Thai chili sauce and lightly fried ginger crisps

Course two

Choose one

  • Filet oscar with grilled asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes — 8 oz. beef tenderloin topped with lump crab meat and Bernaise sauce
  • Garlic and rosemary encrusted lamb chops — Served with roasted fingerling potatoes and arugula with fresh lemon
  • Shrimp scampi — Jumbo shrimp sautéed in a lemon garlic butter sauce and served over angel hair pasta
  • Fontina pork chop Boneless pork chop topped with fontina cheese, prosciutto, and Marsala sauce, served over garlic mashed potatoes

Course three

Choose one

  • Coconut pie — Topped with dark rum sauce, fresh whipped cream, and toasted coconut shavings
  • Peach cobbler — Fresh peaches in a flakey, brown sugar baked crust, served with vanilla bean ice cream
  • Chocolate molten cake — Served with warm chocolate ganache and vanilla bean ice cream
