- Bruschetta — With roasted red pepper coulis, goat cheese, and fresh basil
- Tempura battered coconut shrimp — Served with a sweet Thai chili sauce and lightly fried ginger crisps

- Filet oscar with grilled asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes — 8 oz. beef tenderloin topped with lump crab meat and Bernaise sauce
- Garlic and rosemary encrusted lamb chops — Served with roasted fingerling potatoes and arugula with fresh lemon
- Shrimp scampi — Jumbo shrimp sautéed in a lemon garlic butter sauce and served over angel hair pasta
- Fontina pork chop Boneless pork chop topped with fontina cheese, prosciutto, and Marsala sauce, served over garlic mashed potatoes

- Coconut pie — Topped with dark rum sauce, fresh whipped cream, and toasted coconut shavings
- Peach cobbler — Fresh peaches in a flakey, brown sugar baked crust, served with vanilla bean ice cream
- Chocolate molten cake — Served with warm chocolate ganache and vanilla bean ice cream
