- Garlic shrimp — Over crispy polenta cakes with cheddar béchamel sauce
- Caesar salad — With crisp romaine, truffle oil infused caesar dressing, parmesan shavings, and prosciutto wrapped grissini breadsticks
Course two
Choose one
- Grilled flank steak — Stuffed with prosciutto, goat cheese, spinach, and red peppers, wrapped in a baked italian crust; served over vodka sauce with parmesan seared asparagus
- Champagne braised pork shank — Over creamy mac & cheese, topped with a mandolined zucchini and pepper medley
- Pan-seared rockfish and shrimp — With a lemon beurre blanc, served with white wine braised spinach and rice
- Herb encrusted duck breast — With grilled red potatoes and a fire roasted red pepper béarnaise and wilted arugula

- Pumpkin tartlets — With toasted brown sugar, caramel, and whipped cream
- Warm banana bread — With vanilla bean ice cream and a sweet rum reduction
- Chocolate mousse — Topped with amaretto-toasted almonds and dark & white chocolate shavings
