  • Rustic corn chowder — Topped with butter poached lump crab and served with homemade hush puppies
  • Garlic shrimp — Over crispy polenta cakes with cheddar béchamel sauce
  • Caesar salad — With crisp romaine, truffle oil infused caesar dressing, parmesan shavings, and prosciutto wrapped grissini breadsticks

Course two

Choose one

  • Grilled flank steak — Stuffed with prosciutto, goat cheese, spinach, and red peppers, wrapped in a baked italian crust; served over vodka sauce with parmesan seared asparagus
  • Champagne braised pork shank — Over creamy mac & cheese, topped with a mandolined zucchini and pepper medley
  • Pan-seared rockfish and shrimp — With a lemon beurre blanc, served with white wine braised spinach and rice
  • Herb encrusted duck breast — With grilled red potatoes and a fire roasted red pepper béarnaise and wilted arugula

Course three

Choose one

  • Pumpkin tartlets — With toasted brown sugar, caramel, and whipped cream
  • Warm banana bread — With vanilla bean ice cream and a sweet rum reduction
  • Chocolate mousse — Topped with amaretto-toasted almonds and dark & white chocolate shavings
