  • Pomegranate braised bacon — Over roasted butternut squash puree, apples, and kale ragout
  • Roasted beet and apple salad With Manakintowne greens, fried goat cheese, honey and a sherry wine vinaigrette
  • Pan-seared Asian spring rolls — With marinated shrimp, peppers, cilantro, and rice with ginger sesame sauce

Course two

Choose one

  • Balsamic glazed salmon — With pickled cranberries, spaghetti squash, golden beets, and lentil pilaf
  • Crabcakes — With butternut squash puree, andouille sausage, and potato hash
  • Beef stroganoff — Seared tenderloin medallions in a portobello mushroom, paprika, and sour cream sauce, served with a saffron potato confit
  • “Sweet Tea” grilled pork tenderloin With mushroom, cabernet, and cheddar mac & cheese, southern sautéed kale, smoked tomato jam, and pork infused jus

  • Classic fruit tart — With vanilla cream and apricot glaze
  • Homemade banana bread — Served with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream
