A statement issued this morning by the Baliles campaign:
Mr. Tyler filed his petition for a recount and redetermination of the election on Wed., Nov. 21. A brief preliminary hearing will take place Monday morning, and the first main hearing will take place Fri., Nov. 30. The court (a three judge panel) will determine when the recount is to take place so we are likely looking at early to mid-December before the race is completely official.
