Mr. Clark was found guilty on 11 of the 12 charges. He received 80 days in jail to be served on weekend time. $1800 in restitution, $1300 to DPW Graffiti Removal and $100 to each victim. He has 1000 hours of court ordered community service to be served under the supervision of Mr. Barbour at DPW on the Graffiti Removal Team. He is also court ordered to attend Richmond Behavioral Health Authority for counseling. He will be place on probation for 3 years and has years of suspended time.
