Want to play with the Richmond Symphony?

Whether you’re an expert or beginner, you can play alongside some of the best musicians in the region.

Musicians of all ages and abilities will play with the Richmond Symphony during the seventh annual Come & Play event on October 27th.

Associate Conductor Erin R. Freeman will lead musicians during the day-long event at the Siegel Center. Rehearsals will take place from 2:30 – 5:00 PM. Modern pieces include selections from Phantom of the Opera and Star Wars. Traditional pieces include “Bacchanale” from Samson and Delilah (1877) and “Ritual Fire Dance” from El amor bruno (1915).

A free concert will follow rehearsals at 6:00 PM. Musicians can register online for $10.

2012 Come & Play

Come & Play takes place on Sunday, October 27th at the Siegel Center and begins at 2:30 PM.
