Paulo Franco and Mike Oughton at O’Toole’s Saturday
Check out one of the best local singer, songwriter, and neighbor.
He’s rocked Music in the Park and Crossroads in our neighborhood and now he’s coming O’Toole’s. Paulo Franco is such a part of the RVA music scene it came as a shock when I heard that Saturday will be his first time playing at O’Toole’s. That oversight will be corrected this Saturday, January 31st at 8:00 PM.
